We have wide experience in developing and employing complex distributed systems including those working with mobile devices (GPS enabled Pocket PC, Smartphones, cell phones). We are open for all types of partnership, like developing separate modules, parts of a program or participating in large-scale international projects with some common solution as a communication environment for codesign. We can also propose/accept an offer of partnership from a client and cofinance the project development on a custom basis. - Finishing/Remaking of existent projects Sometimes you can find yourself in a situation when a project needs further development and polishing although the previous development team has given it up for any of several reasons. It is also not a rare case when a software product has become out of date and at the same time it works fairly well. In this case it is a good idea to remake the program so that it passes modern standards and meets end-users' expectations; changing user interface alongside with adding support for new devices may be profitable as well. - Research & Develop One of the priority orientations for Vito2b is creating a science intensive software products. VITO employs not only highly qualified programmers but also specialists with degrees in physics and math who can quickly catch on to a task and find its solution in the form of a software product. Imagine that you have a program that works flawlessly under Win95 but does not support WinXP and all the more MacOS X; another situation may be expansion to a new market by porting a Windows Mobile application to the Symbian platform. We are competent to carry out porting of a program to new platforms or adjusting it to new operational systems. - Testing & Quality Assessment. This service may be very useful as an outsourcing project for software companies or for a customer owning a software product that needs correction or improvement. Furthermore, we can organize instability test to find weak spots in complex systems. It is natural to discern the following stages in software product development: Process: Discussion Initiation Execution Closure We pay special attention to the first and the most important stage - project discussion. Our experience together with your understanding of project domain allow us (as our practice shows) to create excellent, ready to use products. The initiation stage is characterized by preparing project documentation alongside with defining the requirements and business rules. The responsible development team is appointed from our staff at this point as well. The execution stage includes the coding itself, testing and QA as well as more accurate definition of requirements. This process is usually integrated: the initial requirements are refreshed from version to version while shortcomings are removed. At the project closure we deliver the created product, settle accounts and share our possible mutual prospects. Judging from our experience of accomplishing custom projects we single out 2 types of projects: 1. Absolutely Defined Project (ADPr) 2. Dilative Project (DPr) In case of ADPr we determine the program (complex) final outlook in detail while preparing project documentation. It is shaped into "Technical Requirements" that is enclosed with a contract. This type of project presupposes the following payment terms: 30% is prepayment, another 30% by the middle point and the rest 40% upon project closure. Project assessment and formalization can be compensated separately for more precise projecting. In certain situations (large projects) for ADPr there are other payment terms available when a customer can not transfer substantial sums of money at even periods and it is not desirable to create big accounts payable/ accounts receivable. The second type of projects (DPr) are in most cases research projects, those with big uncertainty about requirements or methods of realization. Such projects are very closely connected with programming for specific platforms when it is necessary to conduct research on the behavior of the created software product. This also very much corresponds to XP-programming principles. In this case the customer makes prepayment for the first workweek, we organize a development team and assign tasks. After the week (on Friday) a bill is presented to the customer according to the spent working hours and the rate of pay. Every previous workweek must be paid for by Tuesday of the current week. Again, sometimes other payment/project terms can be considered. Our status of company conducting business in the sphere of software development eliminates the necessity of logistics, procurement of materials, insurance and many other concerns typical of many other companies. At the same time presentation of our products and services becomes the question of primary importance. This is due to the fact that a software product or service is an object with complex logic unlike regular products or services. In view of the aforesaid we have developed a partnership program: VITO Technology proposes partnership to all interested parties with substantial experience in the fields of software sales and/or custom software development. The partnership presupposes that VITO Technology's partners attract additional orders for software development as well as purchase orders for ready VITO Technology products. Upon receiving a new software development order or a purchase order depending on his partnering status a partner receives 7-25% or 20-40% of royalty correspondingly. Partnering status is determined while negotiations and depends on marketing advantages gained by VITO Technology immediately after concluding the agreement. As the total amount of assets attracted by partners grows their status changes automatically and gives them access to all respective benefits. Besides, a license for a higher partnering status may be purchased. At the same time silver and gold partners may become gold and platinum partners by paying 12000 and 10000 Euros correspondingly.
